Must go to when in Santa Monica! Beautiful rooftop with great views of the beach/ pier with great drinks and food. I had the orange wine, whipped eggplant and gem lettuce salad. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Can't recommend this spot enough for a local or someone visiting from out of town!

I drove an hour to come here and let me tell you it was SO worth it. The whipped eggplant is incredible - one of the best appetizers I've ever had. I don't even like eggplant but the fact like we literally cleaned the plate means something. The bread it comes with is also so hot and fresh and perfectly salted. We got the brussels sprout salad which was light and fresh. The vodka sauce pasta and broccolini were our mains. The broccolini had a great creamy sauce and crunchy cashews on top. The vodka sauce pasta was great - slight heat and sweetness and overall well balanced flavor. We got the hibiscus cucumber and prickly pear strawberry mocktails which were both so crisp and refreshing. Would absolutely come back - just make a reservation in advance. There is parking in the garage across the street and first 90 min are free. The ambiance is super cute and service was great.

My favorite restaurant in LA! I've tried a lot of things on the menu and everything is delicious. The whipped eggplant is a must get every time. I crave this weekly! It is such a unique flavor and the bread is so fluffy. The pizzas have a super thin crust but they are light and the honey on the soppressata is the perfect touch. The pesto pasta is very unique and I've never had a sauce like this before, it's amazing. Other menu standouts: the bolognese pasta, the vodka pasta, and the artichoke pizza Definitely check this place out! The view during sunset (and anytime of day) is gorgeous.

Made a reservation for this place and glad we did! Very busy, you can park across the street in a parking garage or they offer valet parking. The restaurant is vibey and beautiful. I ordered a skinny margarita and it was perfectly sweet and tart! We don't get a view sadly, we were seated inside, make sure to sit outside on the patio for the full effect. Our server was great, but I did want to get the full view while here. Ordered a few appetizers and they were ok. I loved the shaved Brussels sprout salad, unlike anything I've ever had. It had a mountain of fresh grated cheese and the lightest dressing. I could eat this salad everyday! Pizza was ok... just not cooked enough. I would visit again for cocktails, the salad, and something else on the menu!

My first impression of this place wasn't very good. The hostess downstairs was very rude and unwelcoming. She seemed like she was bothered by everyone checking in. However the hostess upstairs and our waiter were friendly and great. For the appetizer, I got the whipped eggplant. Everything about this was amazing. The bread was so fluffy and salted to perfection. The eggplant was perfectly light and had a delicious drizzle of olive oil. Highly recommend. For the entree, I got the vodka pasta. This was also very delicious. The pasta was cooked al dente and the vodka sauce that it was drenched in had a nice kick to it. I loved that I could taste the garlic in it too. Highly recommend.

Went here for brunch & had a lovely meal. The ambience was absolutely beautiful, as it overlooks the ocean. Food and drink were excellent, with service being just as good.

amazing ambience but very busy, don't go for a first date or meetings bc it's rly hard to hear your party talk. it's rly busy & the servers/staff are constantly bustling! would recc making reservation! -the calamari pieces are smaller than expected but ever SO SO DELECTABLE! sleeper appetizer! -the eggplant dip tastes like glorified butter! the bread given with it is delicious and the dip itself is rly yummy tasting butter with a hint of eggplant - vodka pasta is delicious - cacio e pepe pasta is eh alright

What a wonderful place I was invited to for my birthday, amazingly not straight at the beach but thanks to its second floor location, one had a wonderful view onto the ocean, notably in a relaxed and almost vacation-like ambiance. The design is well suited for happiness. The staff was professional, but not really warm or engaging. But the food was delicious: the whipped eggplant to die for, burrata pizza, crab polenta, salmon mezze, and many other items including pavlova I am now too old to remember ;) A great place to come back to...

This place oozes beach cabana chic. From the wicker fixtures to the stunning view off the balcony. This would be a perfect date spot. We had a reservation we made a while ago, but they still took their time seating us which was a little off putting. The waiter came and went and did not come back for a while to take our food order. We got our food in another 20 minutes, so it had been about 40 minutes since sitting down. Wild. What stood out the most, was the love from the manager. An engagement party was about to happen and the manager came to tell us we had to leave soon due to the space being reserved by the engagement party coming in. We told him that we were taken care of by the waiter very slowly and weren't even asked for drinks until 20 minutes in. He then apologized and told us we could go be at the bar on him! If it weren't for this manager, the review would have been a lot lower due to the waiter's service. The food was not something amazing, there are better places to eat at. But the atmosphere is amazing and I would come back for apps and a drink for the atmosphere and the views.

Food, Ambience and service were great. Not to mention the views. Definitely would be coming back. I highly recommend to check this place out.
